Payment Terms

    2. Bank transfer (details are provided in the invoice after placing the order).
    3. Payment by credit card online through the website.

Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery Methods:
    1. Delivery by post.
    2. Pickup at the store, Jurkalnes Street 44, Riga.
  2. Delivery Time and Costs:
    1. Shipment is made within 48 hours after receiving payment.
    2. Delivery time depends on the recipient's address and may range from 1 to 30 days.
    3. Delivery costs are calculated automatically when placing the order.

Return Policy

  1. Submitting a Return Request: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. To do so, a return request must be sent to the email info@4ecars.eu, providing detailed information about the request.
  2. Return Address: The product must be returned to the address Jurkalnes Street 44, Riga.
  3. Return Deadline: The product must be returned to the Seller within 14 days from the submission of the return request.
  4. Return Costs: The Buyer bears the return costs unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
  5. Exceptions: Custom-made products, items with damaged packaging, or used products cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned product.
  2. Funds are returned using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

Order Cancellation Policy

  1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped by notifying the Seller via email or phone.
  2. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return procedure applies.

Dispute Resolution

  1. All disputes and disagreements related to the execution of the terms of sale are resolved by contacting the Seller via email info@4ecars.eu. The email must include detailed information about the request.
  2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with European Union legislation in the relevant Latvian court.
